WHAT YOU GET
What an immigration lawyer consultation actually includes
A consultation with us is not a sales pitch. It is a working session with a senior attorney. We review your situation and your documents, tell you which paths are realistically open to you, and lay out the timeline and the cost of each. If there is a problem in your history (a prior denial, a criminal issue, a missed deadline), we tell you plainly, and we tell you what can be done about it. You leave with a clear plan, whether or not you decide to hire us.
Review
We look at your facts and your documents with a real attorney's eye.
Options
We map the paths that are open to you, and the risks in each.
Plan
You leave with the timeline and the cost, in writing where it helps.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose the format and language that fit you
30 minutes, $100 or $250
Every consultation is 30 minutes: $100 by phone or video, $250 in person, the same for every case type. That is time enough to review your situation, map the options that are realistically open to you, and leave you with a plan and a real number for the work ahead.
Phone, video, or in person
Meet us however works for your life. By phone, by video from anywhere, or in person at our Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, or Atlanta office. The advice is the same in every format.
Four languages, no interpreter in the middle
English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, spoken natively by our attorneys. You tell your story directly to your lawyer, in the language you trust to tell it.
THE COST
What a consultation costs, and how it can pay for itself
Our consultations are 30 minutes: $100 by phone or video, $250 in person. We think a paid consultation is a good thing for you: it means the attorney across the table is focused entirely on your case, giving you real legal analysis, not a rushed pitch designed to sign you up.
Here is the part that matters most. If you retain us, your consultation fee is applied directly to your case retainer, so the time you spent getting clarity becomes part of the work you were going to pay for anyway. If you decide we are not the right fit, the fee stands as fair payment for the counsel and the plan you walked away with. Either way, you get something of real value.
The fee depends on the format, never on your case type: $100 by phone or video, $250 in person. You know it before you book and you pay when you book. No hidden costs, no surprises at the door.
