OUR STORY

Two practices that found each other.

Jacqueline Delgado built Delgado Law Group around the business and investor side of immigration. Thais Arsolino Purdy built Purdy Law around the family and individual side. We are the kind of firm that exists because our clients asked us to exist.

The merger that created Delgado Purdy Law was the answer to a pattern we both kept seeing. Immigrant families needed counsel that could grow with them, from the marriage visa to the green card to the business they wanted to open one day. The full immigration journey almost never fits inside one practice area.

Now it fits inside one firm.

“I would recommend this law office over any other in the South Florida area. The care and attention I have received here is unlike any other. When you call, you get to speak with the actual attorney, not an assistant or paralegal.”

OUR APPROACH

A South Florida immigration law firm built around the real shape of your case.

Most immigration matters don’t fit inside one neat box. A marriage visa becomes a green card application. A work visa becomes an investor visa. A family reunification becomes a citizenship petition five years later. Delgado Purdy Law was built for that arc: the full spectrum of immigration practice under one roof, working with clients across South Florida and Metro Atlanta in the four languages our clients actually speak.

WHAT SETS US APART

The only firm we know of where all of this is true.

01 LANGUAGES

Four working languages.

Family immigration in Portuguese. Business immigration in Spanish. Investor counsel in French. Deportation defense in English. All four, one firm.

02 OFFICES

Three offices, two states.

Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, Atlanta. Palm Beach County’s competitors are single-market. We are not.

03 SPECTRUM

The full immigration spectrum.

Family, marriage, citizenship, work visas, investor visas, asylum, deportation defense, federal litigation. Twelve practice areas, one firm.

04 FOUNDERS

Two immigrant founders.

Cuban-American. Brazilian-American. We have lived the immigration journey. The brand voice is not borrowed.

ATLANTA QUESTIONS

Atlanta office FAQ

Our Atlanta office is at 303 Perimeter Center North, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30346, in the Perimeter Center business district near the GA-400 and I-285 interchange, close to Dunwoody and Sandy Springs. MARTA's Dunwoody station is nearby, and street parking is available.

Yes. Immigration law is federal, so our attorneys represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS and the federal immigration courts regardless of the state you live in. From our Perimeter Center office we serve clients across Metro Atlanta and Georgia, and the full firm and case file travel with you if you move between Georgia and Florida.

Our Atlanta office, led by founding partner Jacqueline Delgado, handles the full spectrum of our practice: family and marriage immigration, green cards, citizenship, work visas, employment green cards, investor visas, student visas, asylum, DACA, humanitarian cases, deportation defense, and appellate immigration.

Yes. You can meet with an attorney at our Atlanta office in English, Spanish, or French, spoken by the attorney rather than a translation service. Portuguese is available through the wider firm when a case calls for it.

A 30-minute consultation is $100 by phone or video, or $250 in person, the same for every case type. If you retain us, that fee is applied directly to your case, so it works in your favor. If you decide we are not the right fit, the fee covers the time and counsel you received.

No. Because immigration practice is federal, your case stays with us when you move between our Florida offices and Atlanta. Same attorneys, same file, same strategy: no handoff and no starting over. Many of our clients move between the two states during a case.
