ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY, ATLANTA
Luz Pedraza, Associate Attorney
I'm the attorney you'll sit down with in Atlanta, for whatever case brought you here, in English or Spanish.
St. Thomas University School of Law, J.D. · Georgia Bar, 2024 · Atlanta office
HOW I CAN HELP
Whatever brought you here, I can help.
Most people come to me with a question that sounds simple and isn't: can my spouse stay, can my parent come, can I keep working, can I become a citizen, what happens at my hearing. I start by walking you through your rights and your real options in plain language. Then I stay with your case and keep you updated as it moves.
I handle every kind of immigration case, and I never work alone. The firm's founding partners review every matter with me, so a Georgia case gets the same senior counsel as a Florida one.

THE DAUGHTER OF AN IMMIGRANT
I know what this wait feels like. My family lived it too. With me, you will always know where your case stands.

OUR FIRST MEETING
What our first meeting looks like.
In 30 minutes, I'll listen to your situation, answer your questions, and tell you your real options and what they would cost, before you commit to anything.
You can meet me in person at our Atlanta office, 303 Perimeter Center North, Suite 300, near the GA-400 and I-285 interchange and MARTA's Dunwoody station, or by video or phone from anywhere in Georgia. It's $100 by phone or video and $250 in person, and it's credited to your case if you hire us.
I meet clients in English and Spanish. For Portuguese or French, our founding partners meet by video.
